Bookings:
Bookings are to be made directly with the owner.
Owners register a booking upon receipt of the signed contract together with a deposit (25% of the total price). An option placed on a property cannot exceed 7 days.

Complaints:
The ALPSC may be notified (by letter) of disputes between individuals renting property and tenants. Possible claims should be addressed directly to the person offering the property for rent.
